Features for 2024

In addition to the 100s of premium brands, Caffè Culture offers an extensive feature programme to help educate, entertain and inspire business owners from all areas of the hospitality sector

Roasters Zone

Source some award-winning speciality coffee within the show’s dedicated Roasters Zone, where 14 of the UK’s finest roasters will be sampling their delicious coffee expertly made on Dalla Corte’s premium Studio Commercial espresso machine.

Total Coffee

Total Coffee brings together a range of practitioners, experts and industry leaders to create actionable ideas and share powerful insights for baristas, managers and business owners. Curated by United Baristas founder Tim Ridley, each session explores the interesting opportunities in front of the coffee industry and draws upon United Baristas connections and insight to help equip and inspire the coffee community.

Sucafina Specialty Roasters Forum

This year's Forum presents a host of inspiring and educative sessions designed to equip roasters and coffee professionals with tools to traverse today's complex market conditions, including pressing issues in sustainability and emerging supply chain trends. The two-day line-up will offer attendees a chance to speak to industry innovators driving coffee forward: from farmers transforming production through to sustainability thought- leaders in a new format that includes a series of lectures, panel discussions and workshops.

ESTA Speciality Tea Hub

The European Speciality Tea Association brings together a host of experts and professionals to showcase a range of sensory delights and intricate flavours from around the world. ESTA’s mission is to create and inspire excellence in the speciality tea community through innovation, research, education and communication, whose Hub features a competition programme, brew bar, specialist exhibitors, cuppings, tea and food pairings, masterclasses and tastings.

FoodBev Showcase Awards Area

After the successful launch of the Coffee Innovation Awards at last year’s event, an exciting new feature will be unveiled at Caffѐ Culture, which will showcase a selection of nominees shortlisted for this year’s awards in a beautifully designed gallery space.

SCA Barista Competition

The Specialty Coffee Association returns for another year at Caffè Culture, this time to host two-days of their Cup Tasters competition, which draws in the best palates in the UK coffee industry. Contestants slurp their way through 8 sets of triangle tests to spot the odd one out for what is the coffee equivalent of a penalty shoot- out!

Caffe Culture Brew Bar

Visitors are welcomed to challenge their sensory skills and palettes whilst learning the ultimate guide to batch brewing using the latest innovative brewing equipment. Four specialty coffee roasters will also be showcasing their full range of coffee for you to savour and taste.
