From 11 – 14 February 2025, the international organic community will meet at BIOFACH, World Leading Trade Fair for Organic Food, on site in Nuremberg and online. At their annual trade fair highlight, like-minded people immerse themselves in the innovations and trends of newcomers and pioneers; they benefit from information and knowledge as well as genuine encounters and networking, enjoy with all their senses and shape the future of the organic sector together.

The BIOFACH Congress 2025 will focus on three central levers for a secure food supply: sustainability as a controlling criterion in the financial world, the public sector as a driver for more organic food and the marketing of organic food with convincing stories. Other highlights include innovations, trends and newcomers, product range-specific worlds of experience, the unpackaged range and target group-oriented forums, for example for out-of-home catering or specialist retailers.
